Driver Qualifications
Our Class A CDL truck drivers must have:
- All Drivers MUST have 3 years verifiable employment records
- All OTR/Housing CDL Class A Drivers MUST be 23 years of age or older
- All OTR/Housing CDL Class A Drivers MUST have a CDL Class A license
- A SAFE DRIVING RECORD of all CDL Class OTR/Housing Truck Drivers
- All Drivers MUST Pass Pre-employment Physical & Drug Screen
- We offer Flat bed/Housing Training, no experience necessary
Home Run Student Training Program
After you obtain, your Class A CDL and you are hired by Home Run as a company driver, we will bring your training to a completion and get you moving in your CMV driving career. Start your career today with an industry leader and a company that cares about you and your family. Here is what to expect from our training program:
- One-on-one training with a safe, experienced company certified trainer.
- Training will run four weeks long depending upon past experience.
- Great pay package from your start date with a Guaranteed gross of $1000 per week.
- You will have weekly evaluations completed by your trainer in order for you to feel confident in your driving career and address problems and concerns you may have as a CMV driver.
- Training will be completed solo, not as a team.
- Weekly mentoring program to make sure you are on track and resolve any concerns you may have.
- Once your training is completed and you are assigned your own truck, we will start your Tuition Reimbursement if qualified.
